To access your entire ticket history (including your DFY List Request Library) please log into https://instantreply.zendesk.com and check your ticket history.
If you haven't done so already, please register your support desk account using your registered InstantReply email address and the password of your choosing.
Support desk hours are from 8AM EDT to 5PM EDT, Monday through Friday.
We are closed on weekends and holidays.
All tickets are responded to daily during business hours.
When a ticket is responded to or updated by a support staff member you will receive an email with the response.
If you ever feel like your ticket has not been responded to in a timely manner please log in and check the status of your ticket.
